PreserveIP was co-founded by a cybersecurity AI engineer and an intellectual property law professor — combining technical detection with legal defensibility from day one.
Shreyas brings AI, cybersecurity, and software security leadership to PreserveIP, with a focus on building systems that detect IP leakage across GitHub, Slack, Drive, and AI-enabled development workflows. At Texas A&M, his work spans cybersecurity, AI, cyber warfare, security standards, and cyber insurance. As a named inventor on the PreserveIP patent disclosure, he co-conceived the AI-based IP artifact detection methodology, system architecture, and GitHub and Slack monitoring modules.
Srividhya brings deep expertise in intellectual property law, international trade law, patent law, biotechnology and pharmaceuticals, torts, and contract law to PreserveIP. At Texas A&M School of Law, her scholarship focuses on the intersection of international trade law and intellectual property rights. As a named inventor on the PreserveIP patent disclosure, she co-conceived the AI classification engine, legal evidence packaging system, and model and dataset fingerprinting method.
PreserveIP is built on a jointly filed patent disclosure by both co-founders — combining AI-based detection engineering with legal evidence methodology into a single defensible system.
